Fall Fest 2019

Fall Fest 2019

‘Tis the season for Great Pumpkins, falling leaves, and cool nights. It’s also time for the annual library-wide event at Rogers Public Library!

Once again, RPL is proud to present Fall Fest on Saturday, November 9th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We will have a multitude of crafts and carnival games in the Children’s Library. From 2 pm to 4 pm, there will be a petting zoo and pony rides on the front lawn. We know from experience that the petting zoo animals are some of the cutest you’ll see that day!

There will be tabletop games to play in the Glotzbecker Room. Also, in our Friends of the Library Community Room, various organizations will be talking to people about the awesome things they do to make Northwest Arkansas shine bright. Some of these organizations include Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the Marshallese Education Initiative, the Rogers Historical Museum, and the Botanical Gardens of the Ozarks.

If your to-read pile of books is getting a little low, local authors will be here to help you remedy that!

The Friendly Bookstore will also be here with a fabulous collection of gently used books, games, and more. All proceeds from The Friendly Bookstore comes right back to the library so we can put on great events like this and more!

If you’re a local author or are a part of an organization similar to those listed above, feel free to contact us at rplaskalibrarian@rogersar.gov to get more information about Fall Fest.
