The Year of the Rat

from 2:00 until 3:30PM

for children ages 0-12 years and their families

The Children’s Library will celebrate The Year of the Rat with stories, crafts, and light refreshments.  Find out what Chinese zodiac animal matches your birth year!  Learn a little bit about Chinese New Year/Spring Festival.  Make a dragon mask, an origami rat, and a paper lantern.  Listen to the story of The Runaway Wok, by Ying Chang Compestine, and more!  This program is for children ages 0 through 12 years and their families.

Children under the age of 7 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
