Fall 2018 Programs for Preschoolers:

The Fall sessions will run from Monday, August 13 to Saturday, December 22. Library will be closed September 2 & 3, November 11, 22, & 23, December 23-25.

Monday Makers: Mondays from 9:30 – 11:30 am

Children ages 3 through 12 years are invited to explore science, art, and more at our Monday Makers Program.

Family Storytime: Mondays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm

Songs, rhymes and stories that fill your imagination and expand your knowledge. A craft will follow this 25 minute storytime.

Hands On! + Storytime: Tuesdays from 9:30 – 11:30 am

This is a sensory program for children ages 0 – 5 years. We will have a variety of materials such as blocks, balls, craft supplies, textures, colors, etc., for children to examine and describe, utilize, and learn.

Creative Constructors: Tuesdays from 3:30 – 5:00 pm & 4th Saturday of each month from 10:30-11:30 am

Children ages 0-12 years and their families are welcome to build, learn, and play with LEGO® and Duplo® bricks!

Colorin, Colorado: Tuesdays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm – Begins August 21

Spanish/English storytime! All ages are welcome to this program that’s fun for the whole family. You do not have to speak or read Spanish to enjoy Colorin, Colorado!

Tail Waggin’ Reads: 1st Saturday of each month from 2:00 – 3:00 pm

Join certified therapy dog Obi and his owner Larry for some reading fun! This program is best for children who are beginning to read or are already reading. Take the opportunity to practice reading aloud to Obi, who loves kids and stories!

Preschoolers Play 2 Learn: 3rd Saturday of each month from 10:30 – 11:30 am

Children ages 3-5 years are welcome to play, learn, and make a craft

Saturday Storytime: 4th Saturday of each month from 2:00 – 3:00 pm

Special Events:

Fall Family Fun: Saturday, November 3 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

We’ll join the whole library event with Fall Celebration Crafts for ages 3-12 years. Then, our friends from Barnyard Buddies will be on the Library’s west lawn facing Dixieland Road from 2:00 until 4:00PM with pony rides and a petting zoo! Come on out and celebrate fall with us!
