Are you trying to feed your family on a tight budget? Do you wish you knew more about good nutrition? Would you like to be more confident in the kitchen? Eating Smart, Being Active is the answer for you!
Eating Smart, Being Active is a series of five nutrition/cooking classes offered free of charge to adults with children or teens in their home or who are expecting a baby. These interactive Zoom classes can help your family eat well, save money, and be healthier. Class participants receive a packet of materials and recipes to use during classes, and those who complete the series receive a certificate of completion from U of A Extension, the Eating Smart, Being Active cookbook, and a bag full of kitchen utensils/gadgets.
