Jazz Appreciation Month

Jazz Appreciation Month

To celebrate the rich heritage and history of jazz the Smithsonian Museum created Jazz Appreciation Month in 2001. Jazz Appreciation Month, also known as JAM, was created to enrich and encourage people of all ages to appreciate jazz in music and in books. Rogers Public Library has put together some titles of music, movies and books to help you explore the current and historical legacy of jazz.
