I have to eat WHAT?!? Honestly, we know eating the foods recommended by nutritionists can sometimes be—well—unappetizing. We all know that nutrition plays an important role in our lives, but there is so much information available that it is hard to know where to begin. Trending diets can change overnight, and it can be hard to keep up! That’s why we collected this list of the most popular nutrition books from our collection. We can’t guarantee that all of the advice in these books is correct (or tasty), but it is a good place to start on your nutritional journey.
