Darla Benedict will be teaching a six week beginners yoga class starting April 13 on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 am for adults and teens.
Hatha Yoga class 16 and up
All Levels (no experience required)
A class of self-inquiry through practicing Breath, Rhythm, Presence, Stillness, and Integration
Yoga with Darla, Certified Yoga Teacher
Wear loose comfortable clothes
Bring a towel or a yoga mat if you have one
