The Rogers Public Library appreciates contributions. From volunteers to monetary donations, our library thrives due to the generosity and support from individuals, organizations and corporations. Thank you!
Contributions may be made in memory, honor or celebration of a loved one, or to commemorate a special occasion. Contributors may elect to have a bookplate inserted in a new book being added to the Library’s collection. You may give a memorial gift by printing and filling out our gift & memorial form and mailing it to the address on the form along with your contribution to the Library.
Also, for information about designating Rogers Public Library as a recipient of donations in lieu of gifts or flowers, please call (479) 621-1152 or email us at email@example.com.
Make a monetary gift to the Rogers Library Foundation. Your contribution to the Library Foundation is tax-deductible!
Donations will be used to best serve the Library’s needs. Recent contributions allowed RPL to purchase supplies for the LEGO® programs and the Media lab.
Be A Friend!
The Friends of the Rogers Public Library welcomes new Friends. Your membership dues, monetary gifts and used book donations are tax-deductible. RPL Friends operate the Friendly Bookstore which is staffed entirely by volunteers. All profits from the bookstore are donated to the Library.
Every year, our Friends sponsor the Summer Reading Club, allowing RPL to educate and enlighten thousands of young readers. Recent contributions allowed RPL to update technology, support library programming such as Create-it Con & Geek, help purchase the new remote kiosk, update the website, and assist with marketing and staff training.
Donate Gently Used Books
Like-new materials may be used in the Library’s collection, or they may be sold in the Friendly Bookstore where proceeds benefit the Library. Donors will receive a receipt, and you may place a monetary value on donated materials for tax purposes. In 2014, RPL added 868 donated items to our collection.
Donate Your Time: Volunteer
RPL welcomes and encourages volunteers. By sharing your time and talent with us, you can make a difference in the quality of library service in your community.
The value of volunteering is significant. Rogers Public Library gratefully recognizes the importance of all library supporters. In 2014, approximately 15,919 hours from library volunteers, program volunteers, community partners and library advocacy groups supported Rogers Library initiatives.
